Included with the phone will be the original box in which it came to us from the AT&T Store, charging USB cable with AC adpater for charging in a wall socket, unused, still in the package ear buds with microphone, BB User tools CD as well as all manuals and user instructions. I don't really know what else to say other than it is a great phone with touchscreen capability...and for someone who appreciates the BB keyboard with the functionality of the touchscreen, I can assure you that you will be very pleased with this phone. I keep the software up to-date on the BlackBerry Desktop Software application and the latest updates will be installed. Please feel free to ask additional questions or request additional pictures.
